A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to participate in a ward service project to celebrate Pioneer Day. We helped prepare an area for a park, ate potluck, and left before the fiddle and swing dancing got crazy...;) One of my favorite things about Pennsylvania is the beautiful parks, so this was fun to see how these parks are made.

We also got to invite some awesome friends to come join us at the service project. As I said in the last post I have joined a mom's club where we get to meet a ton of fun people in the area. A family that we have become great friends with are Aaron, Christine and Emory. Yes those are there names. Kind of funny since we are Darin and Christina and for those of you that remember when we were naming Nash he was Emory Nash until he was born. So good listening skills as well as NO mumbling names comes into play when hanging out together.

This couple is so great, they both like to run, so we have found our running partners! YEAH! Nash loves Emory and follows him around everywhere and tries to do everything Emory does....

We certainly do love these crazy boys and it was amazing they didn't come home covered in poison ivy. I never knew what poison ivy looked like but now I do because it is EVERYWHERE out here!

There are 2 things Nash adores WATERMELON or just melon in general and his DADDY!

Pennsylvania is so beautiful and this area was no exception! We had fun getting to know our ward better as well as spend time with some great friends.
