Granny and Grandad come to visit...FINALLY

This little guy has been waiting a LONG time for a visit from family! We all were so happy to have my parents come for 2 weeks.

Nash and my dad became the best of friends. My dad chased him all over and Nash loved it!

Then Nash got really sick. And we did a lot of this...

and my mom did a lot of this...

Nash was so excited when Granny and Grandad said he could sleep in their bed. He made my dad read the dictionary of dinosaurs. He was pretty upset later when he woke up in his own bed. He screamed "GRANDAD!"

OH DEAR....

Thanks Granny and Grandad for coming to visit. Thank you for all the help and the fun you gave us all! Love you both.

Lehigh Valley Zoo....

We had some beautiful days while my parents were in town. Nash was sick the first week so when he started to feel better we took a trip to the zoo. We all were so happy to be outside of the house.

Nash pulled my Dad all over the zoo. The playground was probably Nash's favorite spot.

Nash talked my dad into pushing him on the merry-go-round, but he soon didn't like it and he decided it was time to push Grandad! haha

Such a fun day!

Trip to DC...

My dad really wanted to see Washington DC. Darin had 2 days off from his CRAZY trauma schedule so we headed down there. Nash was a pretty good trooper as long as Darin or I were carrying him. I didn't mind so much as he kept me warm. I FORGOT MY COAT!!!

The first night we had a hard time finding a place to eat and ended up at a place called Bugaboos. It had a ton of animals all over the walls and randomly one of them would start talking to us. It kind of freaked Nash out...

He was on guard for most of the dinner.

It was such a pretty day in Washington DC. I just wished it was warmer!
