Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point...

Nash had it in his mind that while we were in Utah was needed to go fishing and visit the dinosaur museum.  It rained a bit while we were there so we figured it would be a perfect day to go.  School was still in session in Utah so their was NO ONE there.
The more I look at my indoor pictures especially the museum ones I am reminded how bad I want/need an external flash.  Just add that to the many other accessories I want for photography!
Asa was a little nervous about the dinosaurs.

I want one of these magnetic boards in my house!  Nash and I had a fun time putting the dinosaurs together.

I think our favorite part was the hands on kids exhibit.  Where Nash could play in the water and sand with toy dinosaurs.  He loves to do imagination play, and I love watching him.

I loved seeing him just jump right in and play with the other kids.

It was such a special day with Grandma.  Thank you for taking us, we love being with you!

He seems a bit nervous! lol
Nash demanded that all of us stand on this scale to see if we weighed as much as a dinosaur....we were pretty close!

Nash wanted to be sure I took a picture of these dinosaur things so that Daddy will know what he needs to buy next time we come to Utah.
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Willardson for the fun time in northern Utah!

Insanity...

I started the Insanity program from BeachBody in Pennsylvania.  I was pretty darn faithful during our stay in Orem.  Because Nash is such an early riser he would get up and workout with me.  He was pretty proud of himself this day and wanted me to take pictures of him...
I mush of said "smile" because he is trying a little too hard...

Ya that is more like the crazy Nasharoo boy!

Marjean....

A good majority of my friends live in northern Utah.  We are usually busy with Willardson family things that I don't get a chance to visit.  This time I made sure I was able to see at least one friend.  It had been so long since I had seen Marjean.  In fact I had never met either of her children.  The last time we saw each other was right after Nash was born.  Marjean has always been a great friend.  She is a relative on the Hurst side and was my roommate my senior year of college. I love Marjean a lot and Darin likes her husband, it would be fun to live closer so we could see each other more often.

Nash and Piper took a bit to warm up.
Once Nash embraced the princess way of life.  It was all good.
He even got the posing down...kind of. :)
Asa on the other hand was so stinking grumpy with teething it made the visit a little rough!

Although, I think this little fury friend brought a few smiles.
Marjean doesn't have dogs she has rabbits.  The great thing is they are litter trained and everything.

It was great visiting with you Mojo.  I hope our next visit isn't 4 years from now!
Thank you to the Willardson's for letting me borrow their car.

Enjoying...

This trip was a little odd as Nash only played once with a Willardson cousin.  There are over 20 and a good majority of them used to live in Orem.  Not anymore they are all in Colorado!  Grandma made Nash and Abrahm a yummy Nutella sandwhich...she is a lot nicer them me!

Asa was curious of Uncle David...

That is until he tried to play with him...

Luckily Grandma was their to scoop him up and save him....
Grandma has the right touch.  The boys LOVE reading with her.

 Yummmm watermelon!!

Poor guy you can tell in his eyes he wasn't feeling all the spiffy!

Fishing...

I am missing some pictures of this fun outing.  Grandpa Willardson, Uncle David, Abrham and Nash went fishing.  I felt so bad because Grandpa Willardson was in so much pain.  He knew how much Nash wanted to go fishing with him.  He had been talking about it for weeks before we got to Utah.
Thank you Grandpa for making a little boy happy.  He sure loved it!
They caught this fish and brought it home. Not sure what the plan was to do with it.  Nash was convinced it was still alive and actually named it DAWSON! haha.  He was pretty upset when Uncle David took it home with him.

Darin always talks about fishing.  It will be fun to someday go back to Utah and fish with his brothers.
Thanks again for a fun outing!

Grandpa Willardson

Grandpa Willardson was dealing with a broken rib(s) while we were there and was in a lot of pain.  He was so good to spend so much time with us even though I am sure he would have much rather been laying in his bed heavily medicated!  (ok that is what I would have wanted to do!)

He has always been a get on the floor and play with the grandkids type of Grandpa.  They love that about him.  Although, Asa was a little worried this time and was making a break for the comfort of his blanky!

In the above picture there is a little doll of the BYU mascot.  Asa was in love with that thing.  He would smile so big when he saw it and wanted to hold it all the time.  I think I need to introduce him to Big Blue the Aggie mascott!!!! ;)
