Birthday Playdate...

Every Monday our ward has a park day. I am the one that sets up the calendar and picks the parks so since Nash's birthday landed on a Monday I decided to have a birthday playdate at the sandbox. Sadly it rained that day and we had to move it indoors to our house. Nash shares his birthday with this cute little girl Iris...

As I have said before Nash is OBSESSED with dragons lately so I searched the internet high and low for a dragon cake idea. I found this one. It looks more like an alligator but Nash new what it was and that is all that mattered. Since it rained I didn't get to finish the cake and ended up cleaning my house instead.

Iris' mom (Codi) brought YUMMY sugar cookies to share...SUGAR HIGH!

Our ward doesn't always show up to park day so I decided to invite a few of Nash's little friends outside of church. We had a full house and it was great!

Notice Daddy is in this picture...YES he got to enjoy some Birthday fun for a small bit of time!
