Nash graduated from 4k Pre-school (again), I mentioned before that we decided to keep him back a year before starting kindergarten. It was a great decision. He attended the Child Development Center (CDC) at Grace United Methodist Church in North Augusta. It is a wonderful school and he really excelled.
Mrs. Ellen Stribling was his teacher. I had a hard time with her at first because she wasn't really friendly with the parents. But Nash seemed to really like her and I saw what an excellent job she did. I so appreciate all teachers!
Asa always has to be right in the middle of everything!
I really do not like posting pictures of myself especially after having a baby. However, with me posting this 7 months down the road from this event, I am happy to say I have lost 50 lbs of that yucky baby weight! :) So maybe it is a good thing I am so slow at posting on this blog because 7 months ago that picture would NEVER have made it on here. ha!
This is Nash's sweet little friend Alex. Her dad was a 4th year resident in the ER who worked with Darin when he attended to the adult side. Her mom Stephanie was one of the first people I met here and continued to be a wonderful friend and help to settling in here. They are now in "real life" in Oregon!
