Pete and Charlotte Black are my 2nd parents. I love them so much! They built a cabin in Devils Canyon that is incredible. It is right on the rim of the canyon with beautiful views. They had us come up for a cook-out to celebrate Cora and they invited all of their kids as well.
Who knows what these two are gossiping about but it looks pretty intense!
Darin and I both agreed that we REALLY need to have a cabin someday away from civilization to relax.
The kids had so much fun playing and exploring. A few years back the town of Blanding updated one of the playgrounds in town. Brother and Sister Black bought all the old playground equipment and they created a play yard for the children by the cabin. Seriously a genius idea! Especially when you have 27 grandchildren!
Darin and Kedrick took the kids down into the canyon for a walk. Asa didn't get to go but somehow got Steve Francom to take him down there to find them.

Susie was my babysitter at Cora's age so it is fun to see her loving on my kids.
I don't know if I know a greater couple then Brother and Sister Black. They have loved and cared for me since the time I can remember. I have so many memories of being in their home or having their children in ours to care for us while my mom was sick. We love them so much!
