Kutztown Primary Easter Activity...

The Saturday before Easter the primary had a fun activity at the church.

Nash was a little shy at first but warmed up quickly and had a blast!

 Asa enjoyed Brook's company...

  They got to make cute little necklaces, bracelets, and other fun stuff.

 Then they had a fun easter egg hunt.

 Nash was sweet enough to share with his little brother.

 Stacia was sweet enough to share with Carson. ;) 

Selling our House...

We listed our house on a Friday at the end of March. That next Sunday we had a showing and Monday we had an offer.  The person wanted to close in April but we asked for the end of May.  It was a HUGE blessing to have an offer so quick.  Although the process was NOT fun at all!

 I wasn't surprised that our house sold so fast because seriously check out how good I cleaned this sink! HAHA!

10 months old...

I seriously doubt there is anything cuter then this little man!

Behavior Interventions...

We were having a few issues with Nash gaining his independence.  Plus dealing with having a new baby brother and me not giving him my undivided attention was not going well.  So Darin and I decided we needed to do an intervention to try to redirect he negative behavior.

So I came up with a schedule.  I noticed he was bored often and would get mouthy when he was searching for something to do.  Of course we didn't stick with the schedule all day.  It was mostly when I saw the behaviors come out I would say "what does are schedule say we should do?"  Nash liked being in charge of the schedule and put it together after dinner each night for the next day.

 Nash's pre-school used a stop light as their behavior intervention.  I tried it at home since Nash understood the concept.  I got all of his favorite things such as Netflix, iPad, LeapPad2, Dinosaurs, Beyblades, etc. and put them on the GO!  When he started to act out one of the favorites would be moved to SLOW DOWN for a

Bow Ties...

Stacia found these SUPER cute bow ties in the dollar section at Target to use for some pictures.  I borrowed them for some pictures and my boys wore them to church on Easter.  Nash loved the bow tie so much he wore it all day. 

 Asa on the other hand was happy to be a cozy little lumber-jack.

REAL LIFE ANGRY BIRDS!

Nash was introduced to the game Angry Birds on the iPAD by a friend (ehem...Nick Dowling).  He was pretty obsessed with it.  SO I decided to make our own angry bird game to get him off the iPad.  We had a ton of fun launching balls at the towers we built!

Easter...

I am so behind and to be honest I don't remember everything about what happened in a lot of these pictures....note to self: DON'T FALL 4 MONTHS BEHIND ON YOUR BLOG!

We had a fun Easter.  Malesa and Stacia's kids came over to decorate eggs.

 Nash was definitely more into decorating eggs this year and surprisingly they weren't all BLUE! 

 Asa enjoyed sitting in the corner watching the kids.

But took full advantage of having someone hold him! A new friend in the ward Brooke Cook was more then happy to oblige.

 Madden tried really hard to do other colors then RED. :)

 And of course the princesses had to have the girly colors.

 Dawson lasted for about 3 eggs then he was off to find some toys to play with.

 Such fun little friends! 

 We had lunch together afterwards and played.  Such fun little friends.

 Nash was pretty excited to find his Easter prizes Saturday morning.  The Easter Bunny was pretty cheap this year. He mostly got candy and a few games to play with the family.  

Contained...

I found the laundry basket to be SUPER helpful when I need to get anything done on the computer.  Usually I only have little Asa monkey in there with a bunch of toys.  This day Nasharoo felt he needed to be contained too.

...I am sure he was right!

Friends...

 Tayton needed to have an MRI so Stacia let me have the other 3 boys.  One thing you should know about my friend Stacia is she is pretty SELFISH when it comes to her boys and she will not share them with me to often! :)  Nash and I were excited to have friends over.  Just look at Nash's eyes they are just full of excitement.  The Smith boys are definitely like brothers to Nash.

Carson wasn't too sure about me at first.  But I found the way to his heart by filling up that chubby belly of his.

 He wasn't feeling to good and let me have a bit of cuddle time.

 Stacia we only have a few more months here.  You REALLY need to learn to share because I LOVE THEM!

Sick Days...

 Nash and Asa had some yucky fevers this past month.  They both were pretty miserable.  Granny Cosby tried to brighten their day by reading "The Lion King" to them over Skype.  Nash was a little annoyed that she couldn't pronounce their names correctly.  Gee-whiz Granny!!!

 Asa just wanted to be held.  His poor little cheeks were so rosey.

Nash took GREAT care of his brother.  If he is watching a "Woomie" aka movie he wants to be holding Asa.  Then I guess he thought he needed a picture of his movie with my phone because I found this little gem...

I am so glad they are both feeling better now!
